I played a number of house concerts in the past few months, and loved the opportunity to perform my new songs for audiences.

I also appreciated sharing the stage with a number of great musicians, including Marca Cassity who is a particular inspiration to me with her conscious music that rocks.

I'll be working on recording a whole bunch of new material this year, so look out for a new album in late 2009.

Welcome to my new rock star website!

I am so pleased at the enthusiastic reception for my debut album NOW IS THE TIME. I feel very grateful for how the whole project came together. This could not have happened without the support of so many people, especially the talented musicians who gave their time and energy to collaborate on the project, and most especially my producer Max Meltin, who spent many late nights in the studio with me, always pushing to make the songs better and better.

We had to get the CD's rushed directly from the factory to Houston, Texas, in time for my Oct 5 show there with songstress Laurel Isbister. But it all worked out, the CD's got there, and I had a wonderful time playing for the kind folks in Houston. Thanks to the Dykes Foundation and Christ Church Cathedral for organizing the concert as a part of their "Faith, Mysticism, and Empowerment" seminar.

If you are already a fan and supporter of my music, then please know that I appreciate all your encouragement, and I'm thrilled to announce that the first printing of the album has sold out in no time. Thanks to all of you who purchased these limited edition CD's!
